EventPro Planner has always had Letter Templates, but a recently added enhancement allows you to add your Letter Templates to Event Category Templates. This new option means that each time you book an event using an Event Category Template, the relevant Letter Templates will automatically be pulled into Event Setup. At this point, you can simply edit the letter templates to be specific to that event, if required, and they will be ready for whenever you need to send them. This new feature cuts out one major step in the process to deliver another time-saving feature to EventPro Planner.
